Project Goal

The aim is to demonstrate the potential advantages of 3D visualization, analysis, high-resolution digital terrain models and 3D models in tracking and managing the protection–monitoring, zoning, unauthorized construction enforcement and infrastructure investment processes carried out within the Protected Areas under the authority of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. The primary priority is effective area management — preserving, improving and continuing natural, historical and cultural values under the principles of protection without degradation, use while protecting, and protection through development.

Scope of Work

• 01Monitoring the zone under the authority of the General Directorate for the Protection of Natural Assets
• 02Monitoring of agricultural and forest areas, their development and changes
• 03Water pollution analysis and change monitoring within the zone
• 04Detection and scope assessment of unauthorized construction
• 05Monitoring of settlement pressure on sea turtle breeding and habitat areas
